Our home will be a 6 bed, 24 hour supervised, licensed children's residential facility, providing stability and teaching youth skills to thrive! JRC will serve females between the ages of 12-17. We will empower youth with tools, knowledge, and resources to make productive lifestyle choices into adulthood. We believe youth can and will do better when given new information and opportunities. 

Mission Statement: Our mission is to give youth a foundation to begin living a better life. A place where they can thrive with who they already are combined with additional knowledge and resources. We aim to expose youth, from traditionally under-served communities, to the various positive life outcomes they can achieve!

Vision Statement: Our vision is to empower youth and give them the opportunity to create the future they want. We envision assisting youth with their needs and goals to relieve the burden of things out of their control. Also teaching them to change the things they can and cope with the way things are. Our vision is to provide a safe environment for youth to learn, grow, change, and succeed. Our goal is to have a success rate greater than 90% with the greatest goal being all youth avoiding death or incarceration!
